Before you start

Before you begin, kindly check the compatibility matrix to ensure that your hardware is supported by Kiana Engage. If you don't find your hardware listed in the compatibility matrix, please reach out to us at info@kiana.io for consultation. Our goal is to remain device-agnostic, and we are committed to keeping our product up to date with our partner products. Kiana Engage compatibility matrix:

If you haven't already, you'll need to create a project to get started.

1. Visit https://dashboard.kiana.io
2. Click on the CREATE PROJECT button.
3. Choose "Yes" on “Do you have an Access Point supporting push API?”
4. On the upcoming page, you'll be prompted to confirm whether you already have an account with us. If you do, simply click on the "Yes" button (Skipping steps 6 and 7), and proceed to log in to the WebApp.
5. If you click on the "No" button, you will be prompted to provide your email address to initiate the new user account creation process on the WebApp.
6. Follow the instructions on the next page to complete the user account creation process by accepting the invitation sent to your email address. Please check your email inbox, and if you don’t find the invitation from Kiana, it may be in your spam folder.
   a. After clicking on the link in the invitation email, you will be redirected to the page to create a new account.
   b. Complete the form with your new username and password, then click on the submit button.
7. On the following page, you'll be prompted to validate your account. Please provide your phone number, and we will send a validation code to verify the number.
8. On the next page, enter your phone number, and we will send the verification code to complete the process.
9. Please review the Terms and Conditions. If you agree to the terms, you will be directed to the next page.
10. Enter your project name on this page and click the "Submit" button. Congratulations! You have successfully created your project.
